Week 1
The first week is mostly reading. We go through the code looking for what will break under load, the places where data can leak, and the features your AI tools only half finished. You get our findings in writing with a fixed price attached, and at that point you haven't committed to anything.
Harden or build
Weeks 2 to 6
Most of the work happens here. We add tests, error handling and monitoring, while a senior engineer goes through the auth and data access code. Sometimes an MVP would cost more to save than to replace, and then we rebuild it on a stack your team already knows. Either way, there's new working software in your repo at the end of each week.
Hand over
Final week
We deploy into your own infrastructure, write the docs and sit down with your team to go through the code. For the first 30 days after launch, when something breaks, you call us.
